A song for my Mum on Mother's Day.

We're meant to honor our parents every single day, not just on one day. Same goes for God, praise Him every single day even more!

Mum, I know throughout our situation and experiences we had, we have been through so much,

We didn’t know God back then but I want you to know you were my biggest crutch,

Especially in the household we were in,

Then when we came back to America for a better life, it’s been better and only when we’re in heaven though our life will begin,

Now that we’re in the presence of Jesus when we feel Him in our hearts, we absolutely win,

He’s on our side and loves every single one of us,

Then on the other side our enemy the devil is such a wuss,

But he does flee from us when we submit ourselves to God, James 4:7,

Back to you Mum, this is what I wanted to mention,

Thank you so much for bringing me on the path to be saved so that we and anyone else who believes will end up in the Kingdom of Heaven,

Using the Bible against the enemy as a weapon,

Just reading and studying the Bible with you and Chris my stepdad is really wonderful,

Talking and laughing in between studying is very colorful,

Always needing laughter in times like these,

But most of all we cannot live day to day without God who is our Father and Rock,

Then our hearts need to be open for King Jesus to knock and knock,

I pray that you have a fantastic Mother’s Day Mum, in the Mighty Name of our Savior Jesus,

Then it’s so wonderful sharing our songs back and forth to broaden our variety,

Thank You Heavenly Father for removing the people we thought were friends silently,

I want to let you know that you are the funniest and coolest Mum to play video games with us including Guitar Hero,

Maybe we can play that again and dancing like we’re dancing at a disco,

Dancing is fun and I feel I dance funny and like a weirdo,

Remember that “Friends” episode where Ross dressed up as an armadillo,

Those were really fun times with you and I don’t think we’ve ever laughed so much as we do now,

With King Jesus though, every knee shall bow,

And every day is Mother’s Day, not just the one day,

Together as a family, it’s wonderful that we pray,

I’m always very thankful for you Mum,

With Guitar Hero you always enjoyed playing on the drums,

The more practice you have if we get it again, I believe the better you will become,

I won’t ever stop showing you my appreciation,
