Noah and his family built an ark ready for the flood.
Jesus Christ is our "ark" that we must board, ready for judgment and fire to come down upon sinners who will not repent, will you board or will you face judgment? The choice is yours.
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. - Matthew 24:36-39.
I don’t expect unbelievers will listen to what the Word of God has to say, just as it was in the Old Testament from Noah’s time and then Jesus’ time. When Noah and his family for 120 years were building an ark, God told them that a massive flood was coming and what did Noah do? He preached God’s message to him that a flood was coming, nobody listened and thought Noah was crazy. That’s very understandable because it hadn’t ever poured out rain in the middle of the desert. God gave all of humanity in that time 120 years to repent of their sins and turn from their wickedness otherwise God said what He was going to do, wipe out all of humanity with a flood and so He did because the rebellion in people decided to mock the One True God who through Noah told people a flood was coming, then told people to board the ark and they laughed at Noah while continuing to mock God. When they finally saw the water come up out of the ground, they weren’t laughing any longer and they had no time to board the ark. Humanity was wiped out and God saved 8 people: Noah, his wife, his 3 sons and his son’s wives along with all the animals who boarded the ark two by two. Peter, one of Jesus’ 12 apostles called Noah a “preacher of righteousness” in 2 Peter 2:5.
Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil. - 1 John 3:8.
For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot. - Romans 8:7.
So, as it was in Noah’s day, Christians today who truly believe and follow Jesus Christ are preaching the Word of God and the gospel of God’s free gift of eternal salvation, telling people that judgment is on the horizon and that people need to be prepared to get on the “ark” which is Jesus Christ, so that people shall not perish but will have everlasting life. Know Jesus today and give your life over to Him, but those who rebel against God and who are unrepentant, will miss out when they had the opportunity to board. No matter if people continue to mock God and laugh at those of us who are preaching the gospel today, unbelievers before the flood mocked God and laughed as well when Noah warned people about a coming flood that God said was coming. So, we continue to preach the gospel no matter what until the day we take our last breath or the day when the Rapture happens. The Rapture will be a glorious day indeed. I will share that, my songwriting talent with people, and my love for Jesus along with preaching the gospel of God’s free gift of eternal salvation with every single person as long as I’m still alive.
Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead.” - Acts 17:30-31.
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. - 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18.
And He commanded us to preach to the people, and to testify that it is He who was ordained by God to be Judge of the living and the dead. - Acts 10:42.
A final little message to talk about. Satan has corrupted the rainbow for his purpose and for the LGBTQ community during “pride month”, but it’s not about Satan’s perverted agenda, the rainbow that God created was to tell Noah that He would not destroy humanity and the animals again with a flood. God made the Rainbow Covenant with Noah because He keeps His promises. So, for 4,500 years, we have survived because God said He wouldn’t destroy humanity while the earth still exists. Judgment is happening right now, and it will be upon those who don’t turn to Jesus Christ, surrender their lives to God and repent of their sins. Tomorrow is not promised for anyone. God Bless everyone!
Then God spoke to Noah and to his sons with him, saying: “And as for Me, behold, I establish My covenant with you and with your descendants after you, and with every living creature that is with you: the birds, the cattle, and every beast of the earth with you, of all that go out of the ark, every beast of the earth. Thus I establish My covenant with you: Never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood; never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.” And God said: “This is the sign of the covenant which I make between Me and you, and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth. It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud; and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” And God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that is on the earth.” - Genesis 9:8-17.
