Sin is sin, there are no categories for them.
God has the final authority and say on what He says are sins. Those are His commandments and laws. He gave us free will, but for people who disobey God, they will suffer eternally.
God does not categorize sins, He is against all sin. One sin is not bigger than another and one sin is not smaller than another, they’re all the same. There is one though that is bigger than the rest and it’s unforgivable, blaspheming the Holy Spirit by rejecting Jesus Christ to the point where unbelievers will not repent of their sins and have absolutely hardened hearts being too prideful. Proclaiming the only truth which is Jesus Christ, and the good news of God’s free gift of eternal salvation seems as if people just don’t want to hear God or the truth. Name calling, persecution, mocking, getting arrested for being a Christian doesn’t look appealing for unbelievers because they’d be saying, “why would I want to put myself through that? I’d rather go along with the world and not say anything to offend anyone”. Going along with the world will cost unbelievers in the long run, but proclaiming the gospel of Jesus and putting our trust and faith in Him will absolutely be worth it when Christians are persecuted, mocked, laughed at and getting arrested. That means we trust God no matter what happens to us including preachers speaking out against the LGBT community and against pride. We as Christians need to speak out against all sins because if unbelievers sin on purpose, they rebel against God and are separated from Him until they repent of all their sins. God knows what’s in our hearts and He knows if people are being sincere or not.
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. - Romans 6:23.
For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error. - Romans 1:26-27.
The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil. Pride and arrogance and the way of evil and perverted speech I hate. - Proverbs 8:13.
Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. - Romans 12:9.
Pride is deadly leading to many other sins that lead to homosexuality/transgenderism which is an abomination to God. Those are the two main things along with pushing satanic games, movies and TV shows that the culture celebrates. God has been taken out of education, so teachers and the school board can talk about everything else but Him, but there are people who use their music talents to worship and praise Jesus which I’m thankful for. Unfortunately, Satan has dominion over the earth for right now until Jesus comes back to destroy him once and for all and shall cast him into the lake of fire forever. Pride is what got Satan cast out of heaven in the first place and now he’s got the LGBT community celebrating pride for the whole of this month. What comes next after the whole month? They want to be celebrated all the time. God is our Creator, and we must worship Him, praise Him, glorify Him always and give Him thanks for everything He gives to us and does for us daily. Jesus came down in human form, but He is the Son of God and His name means “God with us”, but regular people should not be worshiped or celebrated. People’s accolades, accomplishments, success (meaning fame, fortune, lots of money etc.) and things of this world do not matter, the only success we have which matters is surrendering our lives to God, having a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and reading the Bible daily.
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. - 2 Timothy 3:16-17.
For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? - Matthew 16:26.
But He gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. - James 4:6-7.
Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. - Colossians 3:2.
How do we win the battle against sinful desires? Resisting the devil as he continues to use our weaknesses against us and does his best to tempt us with those weaknesses, put on the whole armor of God so that we can stand against the wiles of the devil, being humble before God, not being prideful, repenting of our sins, confessing our sins to Jesus at the cross, using our free will and giving it back to God so He can use us to bring people to His kingdom, accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior and having a personal relationship with Him, being obedient to God, believing in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, following God’s 10 commandments, laws and statutes on how to live a Christ-like life and reading and studying the Word of God daily so we can have God’s free gift of eternal salvation. I pray for all unbelievers to choose God and to put God first in their lives before it gets to be too late. Tomorrow is not promised whatsoever. God Bless everyone!
Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love Him. - James 1:12.
For because He Himself has suffered when tempted, He is able to help those who are being tempted. - Hebrews 2:18.
