True believers vs false believers.
True believers will bear the fruit of the Spirit and always be Christ-like in all situations whereas false believers will claim they know Jesus Christ but not show Christ-like behavior at all.
The differences between true believers of Jesus Christ and false believers:
True Believers:
Follow Jesus Christ and only hear His voice.
Obey Him.
Profess to everyone that He is our personal Lord and Savior.
Preaches the gospel of Christ to all of creation.
Exposes and confronts sin when it is necessary.
Loves all people as ourselves but doesn’t accept their blatant sinful lifestyle.
Know His commandments and follows all of them.
Will suffer persecution, mocking, laughing, name calling from all ungodly people but knowing that YHWH gives us peace, strength, courage, joy, comfort, rest, and love.
Know that we don’t want to be a part of the world anymore, we don’t follow what the world follows. People look at us like we’re aliens and we’re crazy for believing the whole truth of the Word of God.
Know that we are sinners, and we need a Savior to forgive us of the sins we have committed which put our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross.
Wants everyone to know and receive the free gift of God which is eternal life.
Cannot wait to be with our Lord Jesus Christ in heaven for all of eternity.
False Believers:
Claim they’re a Christian and that they know Jesus Christ but don’t live according to His teachings and blatantly sin.
Won’t fight to protect YHWH’s truth but will fight to approve of people who sin.
Will pick and choose like a buffet of what Scripture they will use for talking points and again, twist Scripture to fit their own narrative.
Will declare their commitment for Christ thinking that declaring is enough, but they don’t actually follow Jesus’ teachings, words, commandments, or Scripture.
Won’t change how they act.
Hate the truth but love the lies.
Are not Born Again and they need to be just as Jesus said to Nicodemus in John 3:3, “Unless one is Born Again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
If they don’t repent will end up in the lake of fire for all of eternity.
Heavenly Father, I pray for all professing Christians who claim to know Your Son Jesus Christ but reject Him, that they will truly get to know Him and have a real and personal relationship with Him and You and Your Holy Spirit as they read Your Word daily, Abba-Father. May they not constantly profess their love for our Lord Jesus Christ and still live in darkness and love their sin, but rather may they truly repent of their sins, confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in their hearts that You have raised Him from the dead, surrendering their lives to You, and to follow all of Your commandments so that they know they will be saved believing in the gospel of Christ, Abba-Father. I pray for everyone to know that all of us have but a short time here on Earth, that even though this world is passing away with its desires, Your Word will by no means pass away, that we only have this life to be right with You and that there are no second chances to make things right, that once we all are standing in front of You, judgment is upon us whether we have done good or evil, that no one is escaping judgment and everyone will be accountable for everything we have done throughout our lives. May they know that You are longsuffering toward us in that You are not wanting anyone to perish but that all of us should come to repentance as 2 Peter 3:9 says. I pray for everyone to know that Your mercy and grace will not last forever, that everyone will confess that Jesus is the Lord of Lords and King of Kings, and that tomorrow is not promised at all for anyone. Those who truly have faith in You and follow Your will and commandments, we love You very much, Abba-Father. It’s in the Mighty Name of our Lord Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen. God Bless everyone!
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. - John 3:16.
